POSE Scholarship Scheme 2020-21 - Applications Invited
Introduction:
To encourage students who excel in science education and to encourage them to continue their science education to a higher level, Haryana State Council for Science & Technology offers courses for qualified 3-year B.Sc. / 4 years BS / 5 years integrated M.Sc. / MS. courses and 2-year M.Sc. Subject students who choose natural and basic science topics viz (1) Physics, (2) Chemistry, (3) Mathematics, (4) Biology, (5) Mathematics, (6)) Geology (7) Astrophysics , (8)) Astronomy, (9) Electronics, (10) Botany, (11) Zoology, (12) Bio-chemistry, (13) Anthropology, (14) Microbiology, (15) Geophysics, (16) Geochemistry , (17) Atmospheric Sciences & (17) 18) Oceanic Science. The details of the scheme are as follows.
2. Receipt of Scholarship:
Courses are limited only to students who have been accepted throughout the 2020 calendar year in some of these subjects: -
(i) three years for the B.Sc. / 4 years BS or 5 years integrated M.Sc. / MS. Program in Basic & Natural Sciences in IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, DAE-CBS or at any college / university in India.
(ii) two years M.Sc. Program in Basic & Natural Sciences.
Under basic and natural sciences, 18 Predictable topics will be considered.
The scheme in its current form does not include engineering, technical, technical and other technical or technical subjects.
3. Eligibility:
1. For 3 years the B.Sc. / 4 years BS / 5 years integrated M.Sc. / MS. in basic and natural sciences, students had to pass Board X and XII examinations at a Haryana school with a low mark of 85 percent at Haryana Board School and 90% marks for different boards such as CBSE / ICSE etc in the 12th grade.
2. For 2 years M.Sc. In basic science and natural sciences, a student should have passed X, XII, and B.Sc. / B.A. (BA for M.Sc. Mathematics) from a school / college / university located in Haryana with a low mark of 75% B.Sc. / B.A. section.
Note: - If a student is currently receiving a POSE scholarship in the B.Sc class and is studying at a college / institution from Haryana. If you are applying for a bursary in the MSc then you are eligible to apply for a POSE scholarship. In this case, classes 10 and 12 should be transferred from the school / college in Haryana.
Scholarship Amount:
(i) three years for the B.Sc. / 4 years BS / 5 years combined with MSc. / MS. courses - 150
(ii) two years M.Sc. Course - 50
Chairperson, EC has the right to nominate a student for instruction in the event that the subject is not represented.
In case the taste of the tie will be given below: -
(a) Girl students will be allowed.
(b) Select language (English / Hindi) language points on the 12th class board.
(c) A younger student will be preferred.
5. Number of Scholarships:
(i) Rands. 4,000 / P.M. for 3 years B.Sc. Yes.
(ii) Rands. 6,000 / P.M. for 2 years M.Sc. Yes.
(iii) Where possible, students are recruited in the year 4 B.S. or filed with a five-year MSc. / MS. then the number of bursaries for years 1, 2 and 3 will probably be Rs. 4,000 / - P.M. and in the year 4 th & 5th Rs. 6,000 / - P.M.
6. List of Qualifications / Options:
a) In the 3rd year B.Sc. Or BS for 4 or 5 years combined M.Sc. / MS. Lessons
The Merit list will be adjusted based on the average percentage of 12th grade tests in English / Hindi (best of both) and best of the third of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology (e.g. total of four topics separated by high marks in four different%%).

The applications can be submitted via the web-portal http://saralharyana.gov.in/.
The web-portal will be available from 31st October 2020 (9:00 am) to 31st December 2020 (5:00 pm) for submission of online applications.
