Essential Qualifications:
- PhD in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences from a recognized University/ Institute.
- RTTP/Diploma/Certificate in technology transfer/ licensing from a recognised organization.
Desired Experience and also Skills:
- 3-4 years of work experience in technology evaluation/ valuation/ licensing.
- Experience in undertaking technology due diligence including market research and also
technology valuation. - Proven experience in forging successful collaborations and also technology licenses
between academia and industry. - Authored peer-reviewed publications/ review articles/ white papers.
- Outstanding written and also oral communication skills.
Work Profile:
- Undertake technical, regulatory as well as a market assessment of technologies, their
techno-commercial feasibility and also valuation. - Identify, review and build relationships with potential partners/ licensees through
primary as well as secondary research. - Liaise with partners, negotiate terms as well as finalize agreements and also contracts.

- Diploma/ Certification in IP Law from a recognized organization.
Desired Experience and also Skills:
- 3-4 years of work experience in the management of innovation and IP-related legal matters
- Sound working knowledge as well as an understanding of IP law.
- Experience in undertaking IP due-diligence, preparation as well as a review of the business plans.
- Proven experience in triggering startups from academia/ research institutes.
- Experience in drafting as well as vetting of IP-related agreements.
- Outstanding written as well as oral communication skills.

- B.Tech/ M.Sc. in Life Sciences from a recognized University.
- Diploma/ Certification in Project Management/ Creative designing.
Desired Experience and also Skills:
- 3-5 years of work experience in project management.
- Experience in the administrative management of workshops and events (physical & virtual).
- Familiarity with office communication tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, web platforms as well as modern phone systems.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Work Profile:
- Administrative and also logistics support in the organization of workshops and also other meetings/ events.

Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc/ M.Tech (1st Division)/ in Life Sciences/Biotechnology from a recognized University.
- Qualified Patent Agent and/or Diploma holder in Intellectual Property Rights from a recognized law college/ institute.
Desired Experience and also Skills:
- 2-3 years of work experience in dealing with Intellectual property (IP) rights related tasks/assignments.
- Experience in previous art searches in different domains of life sciences (medical biotechnology, industrial biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, biomedical devices).
- Sound working knowledge as well as an understanding of patent law, filing as well as prosecution in India and other jurisdictions.
- Experience in dealing with other forms of IPR (designs, copyrights, trademarks, plant varieties, etc.).
- Excellent oral and also written communication skills.
Work Profile:
- Conduct prior-art searches, patentability assessment studies as well as other IP analytics assignments.
- Coordinate with inventors as well as law firms for drafting, filing and also the prosecution of patents and also other IPRs.
