General Instructions Tea Board of India Recruitment – Project Assistant Opening:

1. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. No other allowances are payable.
2. The chosen applicant will be appointed purely on temporary basis originally for a period of one year. Nevertheless, the appointment can be extended depending on the work performed as assessed by the project head or till the validity of the project or whichever is earlier.

Emolument: Rs. 15,000/- each month (Consolidated).

Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Botany/ Microbiology or Life Sciences.

Desirable Qualifications: (i) M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Botany/ Microbiology or Life

Sciences, or (ii) Experience of working with tea crop.
